KidoraX legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the KidoraX mobile app, nursery portal, account
creation, childcare discovery, bookings, payments, reviews, and
related support interactions.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Language: English
1. Introduction
Welcome to KidoraX. By using the app, creating an
account, registering a nursery, making or managing a booking, or
contacting support, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with
any part, please do not use the platform.
2. Operator Information
The platform is operated under the KidoraX name in
Saudi Arabia. KidoraX is the contracting platform operator for the
digital services described in these terms; participating nurseries
remain the providers of the physical childcare services selected by
families. Official notices and support requests may be sent through
in-app support, info@kidorax.sa, or
+966550047564. Applicable provider, tax, and payment
information is shown in the booking record or receipt.
3. Definitions
- Platform: The KidoraX mobile app, nursery portal, website, and related digital services.
- User: A parent, guardian, authorized adult, nursery, center, or other person using the platform.
- Parent or Guardian: A person legally authorized to book care for a child and submit the child's information.
- Child: A minor for whom childcare services are searched, booked, managed, or delivered.
- Service Provider: A licensed nursery, childcare center, home childcare provider, or other entity offering childcare services through the platform.
- Booking: A reservation request, confirmed reservation, paid reservation, rescheduled reservation, or related childcare arrangement made through the platform.
- Content: Text, images, documents, reviews, profile information, uploaded files, or materials displayed or submitted through the platform.
4. Eligibility & Account Security
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- If you book for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent, legal guardian, or an adult with lawful authorization from the parent or guardian.
- An email address is used for the parent account, and a mobile number is optional at signup. Both the email address and mobile number must be verified before a reservation can be submitted.
- The current consumer mobile account-registration and child-profile flows do not request a Saudi national ID or Iqama number, passport number or image, passport issuing country, nationality, or passport expiry date. Any restricted legacy records remain subject to the Privacy Policy and are not used in the normal reservation flow.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and update it when it changes.
- You are responsible for keeping login details, OTP codes, and devices secure and for all activity performed through your account.
- You must notify KidoraX promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or misuse.
5. Platform Role & Service Scope
- KidoraX is a technology platform that helps families discover, compare, book, and communicate with childcare service providers.
- KidoraX does not itself operate nurseries, provide direct childcare, employ childcare staff for providers, or replace the provider's legal duties.
- Actual childcare delivery, child supervision, staff competence, facility safety, health controls, and regulatory compliance are the responsibility of the selected service provider.
- Availability, pricing, working hours, accepted age groups, capacity, activities, food, documents, and admission requirements may vary by provider, city, branch, date, and time.
- KidoraX may conduct reasonable checks, request documents, or restrict listings, but a listing does not guarantee that a provider will always remain licensed, available, suitable, or free from incidents.
6. Provider Licensing & Profile Information
- Service providers must maintain all licenses, permits, approvals, and registrations required by Saudi laws and competent authorities, including childcare, municipal, Civil Defense, tax, and professional requirements where applicable.
- Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, photos, prices, schedules, policies, staff information, license information, and any representations made through the platform.
- Providers must immediately update KidoraX if a license, permit, capacity, safety approval, service, price, policy, or operating status changes.
- KidoraX may remove, hide, suspend, or correct provider content if it appears inaccurate, expired, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform standards.
7. Booking & Payments
- Prices, VAT or tax treatment, payment method, service fees, gateway fees, booking details, operating hours, and provider policies will be shown before checkout or confirmation where applicable.
- A booking is confirmed only when the app displays a successful confirmation or payment status. A payment attempt, pending payment, failed authorization, or support message does not by itself confirm a booking.
- You are responsible for entering correct booking details, including date, time, branch, child information, contact details, pickup details, health notes, allergies, and any provider admission information shown for the service.
- You may reserve only for a child profile linked to your account. KidoraX may preserve the child profile and booking history to prevent unauthorized substitution or alteration.
- Before submitting a reservation, your email and mobile number must be verified. The verified mobile number is supplied to the selected nursery for reservation updates, nursery coordination, pickup or contact needs, and emergencies.
- KidoraX or its payment providers may reject, reverse, delay, or review payments for fraud prevention, technical failure, compliance checks, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, or bank/payment gateway requirements.
- Invoices, receipts, settlement records, or tax documents may be issued by KidoraX, the provider, or the payment provider depending on the transaction structure shown in the app.
8. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
- Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival, no-show, early pickup, partial attendance, and refunds are governed by the provider policy displayed at the time of booking, unless mandatory Saudi consumer rights require otherwise.
- No-shows may be treated as used bookings and may be non-refundable depending on the provider policy and the reason for non-attendance.
- If a provider cancels, cannot admit the child, is unavailable, or materially changes the confirmed service, KidoraX may help arrange a refund, reschedule, alternative provider, or support escalation where available.
- Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed or required. Processing time may vary by bank, card network, wallet, payment gateway, and internal review.
- Service fees, gateway fees, taxes, and provider charges may be refundable or non-refundable as shown before confirmation or as required by applicable law.
- Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under Saudi consumer protection, e-commerce, civil transaction, or other applicable laws.
9. Child Safety, Health & Emergency Information
- You must provide accurate child information, including age, allergies, chronic conditions, medication instructions, dietary restrictions, behavioral needs, authorized pickup persons, and emergency contacts.
- You must not leave a child with a provider if the child has symptoms, documents, conditions, or circumstances that breach the provider's admission rules or may create a safety risk for the child, staff, or other children.
- When operationally necessary or legally required, a provider may inspect original parent or child documents directly and in person at admission or check-in. This inspection is outside the current consumer mobile registration flow, and KidoraX does not currently receive or store the inspection result, document number, or document image through that flow.
- Providers may refuse admission, require pickup, or contact emergency services when reasonably required for child safety, health, an incomplete in-person admission check, suspected abuse or neglect, infectious disease concerns, non-payment, or facility rules.
- Medication, medical procedures, special feeding, transportation, media use, and emergency transfer may require separate consent, documents, or provider forms outside the app.
- KidoraX may share urgent safety or reservation information with the selected provider, emergency contacts, payment providers, regulators, or competent authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
10. User Responsibilities
- Follow provider facility rules, arrival and pickup procedures, health and safety instructions, age restrictions, and document requirements.
- Do not submit false, misleading, incomplete, abusive, unlawful, confidential, or rights-infringing information.
- Do not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, reverse engineer the app, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Do not contact providers, families, staff, or children through the platform for harassment, discrimination, marketing, recruitment, fraud, or unrelated commercial activity.
- Pay all amounts due and cooperate with reasonable account-control, guardian-authority, fraud, payment, safety, or compliance checks. These checks do not make government identity documents a requirement of mobile account or child-profile registration.
11. Reviews, Photos & Content
- Reviews and comments must be truthful, respectful, based on genuine experience, and not abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful.
- You must not upload photos, documents, or content showing another child, family, staff member, facility visitor, ID document, or confidential information unless you have lawful authority to do so.
- By submitting content, you grant KidoraX a limited right to host, display, process, translate, moderate, and use that content to operate and improve the platform, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- KidoraX may remove, restrict, or decline content that appears unsafe, unlawful, inappropriate, misleading, rights-infringing, or inconsistent with these terms.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected
in accordance with the KidoraX Privacy Policy and applicable Saudi
data protection rules. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of
data collected, purposes of processing, sharing with selected
providers, sensitive child and health data controls, retention,
security measures, user rights, and contact channels.
13. Marketing Communications
- KidoraX will use personal contact details for promotional messages only where lawful consent or another permitted basis applies.
- You may opt out of promotional messages through the available unsubscribe, app, SMS, or support channels.
- Sensitive data, including child health information, will not be used for marketing.
14. Intellectual Property
- KidoraX owns or licenses the platform, brand, interface, software, designs, text, graphics, and other platform materials, except content submitted by users or providers.
- You may use the platform only for its intended purpose and may not copy, resell, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit platform materials without written permission.
- Provider names, logos, photos, and materials remain the responsibility of the provider or their rights holder.
15. Third-Party Services
The platform may rely on third-party services such as payment
gateways, banks, authentication or OTP providers, hosting providers, maps,
analytics, app stores, communication tools, or customer support
systems. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices.
KidoraX is not responsible for third-party systems beyond its
obligations under applicable law and its agreements with them.
16. Suspension or Termination
KidoraX may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, bookings,
provider listings, payouts, or support features if a user violates
these terms, provides false information, creates safety or legal
risk, misuses the platform, fails compliance checks, is suspected of
fraud, or harms children, families, providers, staff, KidoraX, or
the platform.
17. Complaints, Incidents & Support
- For booking, payment, account, refund, privacy, or technical issues, contact in-app support, the support page, info@kidorax.sa, or +966550047564.
- KidoraX may request booking numbers, invoices, screenshots, provider details, incident descriptions, or information reasonably needed to confirm control of the relevant account and process a complaint.
- For urgent child safety, medical, abuse, neglect, or emergency matters, contact the provider immediately and use the competent emergency or government channels. KidoraX support is not an emergency service.
- KidoraX may provide procedural support for disputes between users and providers, but does not replace courts, regulators, law enforcement, or competent authorities.
18. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidoraX is not responsible for provider acts or omissions, childcare delivery, facility conditions, staff conduct, provider policies, or disputes between users and providers.
- KidoraX does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or always available operation of the platform.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for KidoraX's fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, payment handling errors caused by KidoraX, or breach of mandatory data protection duties.
- Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights of consumers, children, parents, guardians, or data subjects under applicable Saudi laws.
19. Changes to These Terms
KidoraX may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions
will be published in the app, portal, website, or official channels.
Material changes may be notified through reasonable means. Continued
use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms,
unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
20. Language
These terms are available in Arabic and English. If there is any
conflict between the versions, the Arabic version shall prevail to
the extent required for interpretation before Saudi authorities and
courts.
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia. Competent courts and authorities within Saudi
Arabia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory
law provides otherwise.
